COVID-19 has changed our world more than any other single event in modern history. It has changed consumer behavior, access, desires, the economy, and as a result marketing. Marketing is now more complex than ever. It is moving faster than ever, and consumers are shifting their brand loyalties for a multitude of reasons. So we are we to do?

In the following presentation, I’ve outlined timelines for the New Normal, Recovery, and Next Normal as well as suggestions on what marketing should do during these trying times.
